I hope this note finds you well! I wanted to share an exciting update and invite you to help us cross the finish line on something really special happening at Bama Wesley.

Over the last month, thanks to the incredible generosity of friends and supporters like you, we’ve raised $4,585 toward our semester goal. We’re so encouraged—but we’re not quite there yet. We’re still working to raise the remaining amount to ensure Bama Wesley continues offering the meals, internships, and programs that make such a difference in students’ lives.

Bama Wesley exists to help students discover who they are and what they’re here for by growing in faith, building community, and serving others. Whether it’s Monday night Common Meal and Communion, small groups, worship on Wednesdays, or just being a safe, welcoming place—our ministry is shaped by students, and it’s changing lives.

Sarah’s Story:

“As most people feel starting something new, in my instance college, I was worried and anxious, but as soon as I stepped into Wesley I knew I had found a great place with even better people… I found friendships built on faith that will last a lifetime.” – Sarah

To finish the semester strong, we’re still trying to raise about $7,000 by April 30 to support four key areas:

  • Intern support – mentoring and leadership development
  • Monday Common Meals – serving 40+ students each week
  • Programs and events – which build relationships and faith
  • Utilities and Insurance — which help create a welcoming and safe atmosphere

If you’ve been thinking about giving, this is the perfect time to jump in. Just like I mentioned last month, here’s how your gift can make an impact—and if you’d like, you can even be recognized as part of one of our giving tiers:

  • Playmaker ($10/month): Provides meals for a student for a week
  • Small Group Champion ($50/month): Supports weekly small group gatherings
  • Main Eventer ($350 one-time): Sponsors a Monday Common Meal for 40+ students
  • Legacy Builder ($500 one-time): Helps fund an intern’s leadership development
