More about us!

We are a campus ministry at the University of Alabama. As an organization rooted in the theology of John Wesley and United Methodism, hence the name Bama Wesley. Even so, we are a place for ALL people who are of any faith. We want to help people discover their God-given identity, while fulfilling their God-ordained purpose. We accomplish this through a variety of ways like getting people connected to small groups, getting individuals involved into leadership positions, and worshiping with one another throughout the week. We take pride in our welcoming environment, and hope to be an inviting place to all!

Weekly Activities

We have two main worship events that take place throughout the week. First  we have Sunday Night Communion at 6:00 P.M. which occurs at the Bama Wesley building on campus. Our other event is our Wednesday Night Worship that is at 8:00 P.M., at Bama Wesley. Both of these events have free dinners along with them! Dinner is provided after the Monday Night Communion service, and on Wednesdays refreshments are provided before service at 7:00 P.M.! Uniqueness of Bama Wesley

A unique quality about us here at Bama Wesley is that we are student led as we are guided by our pastor! All of the events, big or small, happen because of the commitment our students have to making Bama Wesley a place that is open to all. Student involvement is a big aspect of who we are as an organization, and we’d love to help you find your place to make a huge impact through our community!
